Doing training from Barolo to Bordeaux

At Ca’ Rugate the growth goes through the comparison. After a journey in Barolo and Barbaresco region, now it’s time for France.

The growth goes through the comparison. Michele Tessari is convinced of this when he talks about his last experience in France with his winemaking team.

A journey, strongly wanted, in one of the most beautiful viticultural area in the world and a moment of professional growth.

In Bordeaux we visited tonnellerie and chateaux, we compared to“the biggest” in wine and we came back to home with new ideas and some confirmations.

In Bordeaux area, people reflect about the future stylistic orientation, expecially as a function of a winemaking world that will have to compare to thermal summations difficult to manage and, on the other hand, a market that prefers more and more drinkability instead of the muscle of a wine.

So some important reflections and the confirmation that the wine, no matter if it is made with white or red berry, must carries with it the pleasure of an high point of drinkability, without, at the meantime, subtracts anything to the complexity and the articulation of a vine and a territory.

With this spirit and with the premise that to growth is important to compare and to do so much research, Michele has wanted to go with his more closer co-workers.

An experience that is part of a program more large finalized to a specialist training.
